Lead Business Analyst
My job role includes working on datasets to extract price trends and insights supporting the client projects. I also support the consulting projects, helping our clients with the pricing and market access solution – utilising analytics and research.
How long have you worked at GPI?
It has been almost 3.5 years since I joined GPI.
What do you most like about working at GPI?
The list is too long for this interview! However, to highlight a few things, I would say that the learning opportunities I have received at GPI are unmatched. If you are at GPI, it means that you will get to learn diverse skills and knowledge. And of course, the leadership team and upper management know how to take care of their employees’ needs and wellbeing.
What has been your favourite project so far?
I recently got the opportunity to work on a client project, helping them to understand what the pricing and market access strategy for their pipeline asset should be. We provided a value-based pricing forecast to identify the price potential. This was the best and most rewarding project that I have worked on since joining GPI.

What do you do when you’re not working?
I have developed an interest in gardening during the lockdown. I have planted a few flowers at my home, such as Moss roses, Madagascar periwinkle (commonly known as “bright eyes”) and pink Mini ixora. In addition to other Indian house-hold plants like Money plant, Aloe Vera, Common sage (a fragrant Indian herb) and Carom seed. So, when I am not working, I am busy in taking care of these plants.
Best holiday/place you’ve ever visited?
I am a true nature lover, I love the places which are naturally scenic, lush green, and close to nature. One such place I have visited, is Himachal Pradesh (a state in Indian Himalayan region). It was an amazing experience.
This one is difficult to answer, because I like all the Indian street food. But “Pav Bhaji” (a thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll) is the one that I like the most.
Lastly, if you could meet anyone in the World, dead or alive, who would it be?
That would be Bear Grylls. I would love to go for adventure activities with him in some of the great forests of the world, learning the skills and techniques to survive in the situations when nature is harsh on us.
