Q: Can you tell us a little about your role and what you love most about your work?
Ans: As a Data Project Manager at Global Pricing Innovation, I lead data-driven projects to optimize market access strategies across global operations. My role involves managing timelines, coordinating teams, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights. I collaborate with data curators, analysts, and HTA strategists to enhance our HTA data. What excites me most is working at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy, tackling new challenges, and making a direct impact on the business. The teamwork and diverse perspectives I encounter make the process even more rewarding, especially when seeing projects go from concept to execution.
Q: What inspired you to choose your current career path?
Ans: My career path was inspired by a strong interest in using data to solve complex problems and drive business decisions. I have always been fascinated by how data can transform strategies, and I found my passion in project management, where I could combine data analysis with leadership. Working in data project management allows me to contribute to innovative solutions, especially in the global market access space, which is both exciting and impactful.

Q: If you could have lunch with any historical or famous figure, who would it be and why?
Ans: If I could have lunch with any historical figure, it would be Leonardo da Vinci. His ability to blend art, science, and innovation is something I deeply admire. Da Vinci’s approach to problem-solving merging creativity with analytical thinking resonates with me as it’s like how I approach my own work in data and project management. I would love to learn more about how he balanced diverse interests and applied his genius across different fields. Plus, the chance to hear his perspective on curiosity and innovation would be incredibly inspiring.
Q: What’s your all-time favourite travel destination, and why does it hold a special place in your heart?
Ans: I’m particularly fond of Bali, Indonesia. It’s a place where you can truly unwind and disconnect from the hustle of daily life. The serene beaches, lush landscapes, and vibrant local culture offer the perfect escape. I love the balance of relaxation and exploration that Bali offers from yoga retreats to exploring ancient temples, it provides an ideal environment for both peace and adventure.
Q; If you could master any new skill instantly, what would it be?
Ans: If I could master any new skill instantly, it would be advanced data science and machine learning techniques. While I already work with data, being able to dive deeper into predictive analytics and AI would enable me to drive even more impactful insights and innovations in my role. It would allow me to make smarter, data-driven decisions faster, helping me stay ahead in the fast-paced world of pricing and market access.
Q: What’s a piece of advice that has stuck with you throughout your career?
Ans: “Don’t be afraid to ask questions.” This advice has always reminded me that curiosity leads to deeper understanding and better solutions, helping me grow and make smarter decisions throughout my career.
Q: What’s a fun or surprising fact about you that most of us don’t know?
Ans: A surprising fact about me is that I have a keen interest in personal finance and investment strategies. Outside of work, I enjoy reading about financial markets and analysing trends. It’s a way for me to challenge myself with the same analytical skills I use in data management, but in a more personal context.
Q: What’s a memorable project or achievement at GPI that you’re particularly proud of?
Ans: One project I’m particularly proud of at GPI involved leading a initiative to enhance our HTA data collection and analysis processes. We worked on integrating advanced data models to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our HTA evaluations, which directly impacted how we assessed market access for new treatments. It was a challenging project that required strong collaboration across teams, but the results were rewarding as it helped improve the company’s ability to make informed, data-driven reimbursement decisions in various markets within shorter time compared to our competitor.
Q: If you had to describe your job in three words, what would they be?
Ans: Data-driven, Collaborative, Impactful
Q: What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received, and who gave it to you?
Ans: The best professional advice I’ve received is to “focus on the impact, not just the process” and “leadership is about asking the right questions, not having all the answers.” Both pieces of advice, shared by mentors early in my career, have shaped my approach to work. They taught me to prioritize delivering value and results, while guiding teams to think critically, challenge assumptions, and drive innovative solutions. This mindset has helped me grow as both a leader and a collaborator.
Q: If you could swap roles with anyone in the company for a day, who would it be and why?
Ans: If I could swap roles with anyone in the company for a day, it would be with someone in the market access consulting team. I’d love the chance to dive deeper into the strategic side of market access understanding the intricate dynamics of health technology assessments and how pricing strategies are shaped in different regions. It would offer a valuable perspective on how we create the frameworks that guide market entry and pricing, which could enhance my approach to data-driven decisions in my own role.
Q: If GPI had a talent show, what would be your hidden talent?
Ans: If GPI had a talent show, my hidden talent would probably be solving puzzles or brain teasers. I enjoy challenging my mind with complex problems and can usually find creative solutions quickly. It’s a fun way to keep my problem-solving skills sharp, and I think it’s a great way to unwind between tasks at work!
Q: What’s a personal or professional goal you’re working on right now?
Ans: Right now, I’m working on expanding my expertise in advanced data analytics. As a Data Project Manager, I’ve always been passionate about finding new ways to analyze and interpret data, especially in the context of global pricing and market access. On a personal level, I’m also focusing on improving my work-life balance to ensure that I’m able to bring my best self to both my professional and personal life.
Q: What’s one thing about your field or role that you wish more people understood?
Ans: One thing I wish more people understood about my role is the importance of accurate and timely HTA data in shaping global reimbursement strategies. I feed data from over 30 markets into GPI Pulse, a crucial tool that helps us track and analyze reimbursement trends across regions. This data is fundamental in assessing the clinical and economic value of drugs and ensuring that they’re priced and reimbursed appropriately in each market. It’s not just about data collection it’s about turning that data into actionable insights that drive decisions and ensure patient access to essential medications globally.
