  1. What’s the most rewarding part of your job at GPI?
    The most rewarding part of working at GPI is collaborating with a talented team, making a tangible impact on the company’s growth, and being part of an organization that values employees mental wellbeing by fostering such a open and collaborative work culture, where one can easily balance their personal and professional life.
  2. If you could describe your work style in a hashtag, what would it be? (#OrganizedChaos, #TeamPlayer, etc.)
    It would be #WorkLifeHarmony. As it reflects my ability to effectively integrate professional responsibilities with personal well-being, being with GPI.
  3. If your job had a theme song, what would it be?
    “Birds flying high

  4. Who has been your biggest mentor or inspiration in your career?
    ​Throughout my career and personal life, I’ve found immense inspiration in the resilience and grace of working single women and mothers around me. Their ability to balance professional responsibilities with family commitments is truly remarkable and serves as a daily motivation for me.​Observing their dedication has taught me invaluable lessons in time management, adaptability, and perseverance. They navigate challenges with a positive attitude, demonstrating that with determination and a strong support system, it’s possible to excel in multiple roles. This has instilled in me a profound respect for work-life harmony and the importance of nurturing both career and personal life.​The collective strength and wisdom of these women have profoundly impacted my life, inspiring me to strive for excellence while maintaining a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
  5.  If you could automate one task in your daily work, what would it be?
    I would want to automate the process of marking my daily attendance at work as I tend to forget it many a times.
  6. If you had to give a TED Talk on any work-related topic, what would it be about?
    If I were to deliver a TED Talk on a work-related topic, I would focus on “​The Power of Empathetic Leadership in Fostering Innovation and Employee Well-being.”

Fun & Personal Interests

  1. What’s a hobby or passion you’ve recently picked up?
    Cooking has become a significant passion in my life, blending creativity, relaxation, and personal growth. It enhances my culinary skills, promotes healthier eating through home-prepared meals, and offers stress relief through its therapeutic processes. The creative aspect allows for experimentation with diverse Flavors and techniques, while sharing meals fosters social connections and joy. Embracing cooking as a hobby enriches my daily routine, providing balance and fulfilment.
  2. What’s one bucket list item you’re excited to check off?
    One item on my bucket list that I’m excited to check off is volunteering at a zoo or national park. This opportunity would allow me to contribute to conservation efforts, engage with wildlife, and support educational programs. Many organizations offer volunteer positions, in India.  Roles can range from visitor services to behind-the-scenes support, all contributing to the mission of preserving natural and cultural resources.
  3. If you could instantly learn a new language, which one would you choose?
    If I could instantly learn a new language, I would choose Sanskrit. Sanskrit is an ancient language of India, with a rich literary and philosophical tradition. While the number of native Sanskrit speakers is relatively small, estimated at around 14,000 in India, its influence is profound, having given rise to many modern languages, including Hindi, Bengali, and Marathi. Learning Sanskrit would provide deep insights into classical texts, cultural heritage, and the linguistic roots of many contemporary languages.
  4. What’s one thing you’ve always wanted to try but haven’t yet?
    Embarking on solo travel has long been a dream of mine, offering the promise of personal growth, cultural immersion, and unparalleled freedom. While I have yet to take this step, the prospect excites me for several compelling reasons.
  5. What’s your goal to be achieved in Q2? (Personal and Professional)
    In Q2, my personal goal is to continue nurturing a healthy work-life balance by focusing on self-care and personal growth. I plan to dedicate time to activities that help me relax and recharge, like cooking or exploring new hobbies, while also prioritizing time for personal reflection and development.


Professionally, my main goal is to build a solid foundation for career progression by enhancing my skills and increasing my contribution at work. Specifically, I aim to take on more responsibility, proactively seek feedback, and focus on learning from my more experienced colleagues. I’ll also look for opportunities to showcase my strengths, improve my performance, and demonstrate my value to the team, ultimately working towards a potential new responsibility.
