Our Leadership Steering Committee (Tribe) provides strategic advice and insights to the senior executive team. Our tribe represents each department across the UK and Mumbai and act as our culture ambassadors. The tribe support internal messaging and comms, act as mentors to new joiners, as well as help the senior executive team navigate people progammes.
